Cadence is already in discussion with Government, business leadership bodies and international companies to identify both those willing to 'host' an Aspiring Leader on their Board and those who have their own pool of talented staff they want to develop by 'lending' them to another organisation in this unique way.
The programme offers enormous value both for the ‘hosting’ and the ‘gifting’ organisation as well as to the members of staff chosen to participate. 
It offers talented women the opportunity to observe and participate on a Board for 12 month period. Aspiring Leaders can also benefit from bespoke training and mentoring alongside the Board experience.
