Leonard Cheshire seek an exceptional and highly experienced CFO to join them as they develop their new strategy and enter a period of transformational change.

Leonard Cheshire Disability (LCD) is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of services for disabled people. Our services include high-quality care and community support together with innovative projects supporting disabled people into education, employment and entrepreneurship. Internationally we deliver inclusive education and access to livelihoods development programmes in 13 countries across Africa and Asia and worldwide, our global alliance of Cheshire partners work in more than 50 countries.
The ideal candidate will share our passion and bring their outstanding finance and proven leadership skills to ensure our charity achieves its aims. You will bring significant strategic financial leadership experience in a large and complex organisation along with considerable cost/revenue control and a strong commercial sense to ensure LCD both secures income and spends it appropriately.
