​Patrick has over a decade of experience working within marketing and communications in professional services; he is a member of our senior management team leading on marketing and strategy. He is an advocate for social change, and passionate about creating partnerships with other organisations; working in collaboration with charities and organisation on action led initiatives that have positive outcomes.

He joined Cadence Partners as he truly believes in their mission to create a more equitable, just and representative society, and most importantly, because he could see that everyone in the Cadence Partners team genuinely and authentically want to achieve their mission.

In his spare time, he is often found trekking around the Yorkshire countryside, from pub to pub, sampling their local ales and Sunday roasts, or exploring cities around the world, immersing himself in their culture and food. He has also been mentoring those starting their marketing careers in the Yorkshire area for the past four years, providing them with the support to shape, develop and advance in their careers.
