Don’t just take our word for it…

You may have spotted the origami fish dotted around this website, we commissioned the paper sculpturist Sipho Mabona to create them for us, because we see origami as a metaphor for how we work. Given a piece of paper to fold, anyone can come up with something, but the most impressive outcomes require creativity, technical expertise and the ability to add value. This is Cadence.

We are leading the way in executive recruitment, talent acquisition and diversity consulting. We are brought together by a shared interest in social value and impact.
