A former McKinsey consultant, she has advised the C-suites of FTSE 100 and S&P 500 companies on growth, transformation, and inclusion across healthcare, tech, media, financial services, and the public sector.

As Executive Director of UN Women UK, Claire grew the organisation’s revenue eightfold, built high-profile partnerships, and designed national behaviour-change initiatives that shifted attitudes and action on sexual harassment. She has mobilised coalitions spanning government, business, and grassroots communities, and co-chaired a global network of peer offices influencing policy and practice worldwide. She established the UK chapter of the UNstereotype media alliance and the HeForShe Alliance, counselling and mobilising companies , brands, public sector, policymakers and public figures to create change.

An award-winning founder, Claire launched and scaled a VC-backed healthtech platform delivering AI-powered mental health support, and built a profitable community wellness business within months of launch. She has also advised leaders in climate, justice, education, philanthropy, and PLC boards, as well as helping to guide transformation programmes in the NHS and global development organisations.

Recognised as one of Management Today’s 35 Under 35 and named twice as an Innovate UK awardee – including Women in Innovation – Claire has been honoured among ‘Women Who Will’ legal changemakers and Stylist magazine’s Heroes of the Coronavirus. She is a regular keynote speaker and commentator in national media.
