Patricia is a commercially focused HR Director, Chief People Officer and Transformation Leader, with strong strategic and operational skills. Patricia specialises in organisational effectiveness and employee experience across multiple sectors and types of organisation, with a track record of initiating and implementing sustainable change to deliver significant improvement in business performance, employee engagement and the customer experience.
Following HRD and COO roles in Financial Services, Energy and Healthcare, Patricia set up her own HR consultancy in 2012 and since then has undertaken numerous interim HRD/CPO and project assignments across various sectors, with a focus on organisational effectiveness and business transformation. She also has experience as a non-Executive Director; she was a NED and Trust Chair in the NHS 2008 to 2015, and towards the end of that time supported the merger of 2 NHS trusts. Patricia also chaired the Remuneration and Nominations committee, she has also been an independent adviser to the Remuneration Committee of a large Housing Association, supporting the transition to a new operating model and a programme to harmonise T&Cs following the merger of two Housing Associations.
Patricia gains great satisfaction from being part of a leadership team working on challenging agendas to deliver improved business performance and employee engagement. Working as an interim she assesses situations thoroughly, swiftly identifying and building relationships with key stakeholders and influencers, then developing and implementing appropriate action plans and sustainable change. Patricia approaches all her assignments with energy and enthusiasm, and the desire to deliver!
