As the new Director of People, you will work closely alongside the CEO and board colleagues to drive organisational development and embed a culture which supports delivery of our strategic objectives, including being a ‘Great Place to Work’. You will design and deliver People and OD strategies that place HCT at the leading edge of a good employment practice, improve the quality of working life for our staff and contribute to continuous improvement in the services we provide.

You will bring a comprehensive professional HR knowledge with the ability to motivate and inspire, connecting staff to our strategic objectives and vision for providing outstanding care. CIPD qualified with exceptional People and OD experience, you must be comfortable operating as part of a highly collaborative senior team, while also holding a mirror up to the leadership team to support an inclusive, authentic leadership practice. You will bring a creative approach to comple challenges and a strong professional toolkit of engagement, relationship building, influencing and strategic planning.  This is an excellent opportunity for an established executive leader or for a rising star seeking their first board position.
