Everyturn Mental Health has spent nearly 40 years delivering mental health services that put people first. They’re a key partner to the NHS – co-creating new approaches, building compassionate care pathways, and helping people move forward with their lives.

Following a strategic restructure, they are looking for a new Operations Director to lead their specialist nursing, children and young people, and community services. Based in the North East, with regular in-person engagement across our services, this role sits at the heart of some of the most complex – and fast-evolving – parts of the organisation. They are also central to Everyturn Mental Health’s future ambitions.

You’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across these portfolios, supporting a high-performing team and working cross-functionally to deliver safe, person-centred and sustainable services. It’s a role that blends operational delivery with service improvement, stakeholder engagement and system-level influence.

We’re looking for a values-led and emotionally intelligent leader who understands regulated, CQC-inspected environments, and brings a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in healthcare, social care, or related sectors. You’ll be joining them at a pivotal time – with a new strategy on the horizon and ambitious plans for income diversification and impact growth.
