​We are proud to support Getting On Board's fantastic Charity Board Leadership Programme by donating money to help fund places for aspiring trustees of colour.

Only 8% of charity trustees are people of colour (vs 14% of the wider population) and only 2.9% of trustees are women of colour. This lack of representation of people of colour at the most senior level of UK charity leadership is damaging to charities, and excludes individuals from being able to contribute their talents and experience to tackling critical social and environmental issues; this programme helps address and promote those from diverse backgrounds to ensure these statistics become a thing of the past.
