Welcoming New Talent

In the last couple of months we have welcomed two new members to the Cadence Partners team. We are thrilled to introduce you to Aisha Alimi (Researcher) and Katya Shevchenko (Office Administrator).

Both bring experience in recruitment and a commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Their expertise will further enhance our ability to connect exceptional talent with organisations that are committed to fostering inclusive leadership.

Aisha Alimi (Researcher)

Aisha brings a diverse professional background to Cadence Partners. With an initial degree in Law, Aisha began her career as a lawyer, gaining valuable experience in the legal field. She then transitioned into student recruitment, where she honed her skills in outreach and engagement before moving into the executive search industry. At Cadence Partners, Aisha leverages her varied expertise in assignment research, candidate sourcing, and outreach, while also supporting other research projects and assessments.

Outside of work, Aisha is passionate about cooking, staying active at the gym, and spending quality time with family and friends. She enjoys unwinding with YouTube and Netflix and is now exploring more outdoor activities to enrich her leisure time.

Katya Shevchenko (Office Administrator)

Katya has a diverse background with nearly two years of experience working in recruitment undertaking a range of roles varying from office manager to recruiter. Prior to this, she gained a degree in Geology which sparked an interest in solving environmental problems and promoting sustainable resource management.

Driven by the transformative power of education and the importance of giving back to the community, in her home country of Ukraine Katya dedicated her time to supporting educational initiatives through the Scout Organisation. She has continued this involvement in scouting after moving to the UK, engaging with local communities and fostering a spirit of teamwork, leadership, and service. Whether it’s through professional endeavours or personal passions, she strives to make a difference and leave a lasting impact.

In her free time, Katya enjoys immersing herself in nature through hiking and rock-climbing, as well as exploring different cultures. She also finds solace in creative pursuits such as drawing and poetry which allow her to express her thoughts and emotions.
